FaQs. General Information

When will I receive my order?

The majority of our products ship out from our overseas warehouse locations. We have warehouses in the USA, Europe and Asia.

Once you have placed an order, we process and send your order to the warehouse within 24 business hours.

The majority of our items reach their destinations within 8-21 business days depending on location and seasonal demand.

My tracking number is unavailable or has no information on it.

Tracking numbers can take 3-5 business days to update with tracking information after they a have left a warehouse location.

Don't be alarmed, your order is in transit and is making progress!

How can I find the status of my order?

You should have received a confirmation email with a link to a order status page and following this, an email with a tracking number within it. Please see our Order Tracking Page.

What are forms of payment available?

We offer two forms of reputable payment methods. Our primary payment processor is Stripe but we also offer PayPal.

They both utilize the highest forms of secure payment encryption and processing techniques to ensure your details are safe and are given buyer protection!

Please note that we do not store your credit/debit card information, nor do we share any of your personal information with third parties.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

The standard handling and in transit delivery times are from 12-20 working days. We also need to include some time for customs checks in your country.

If has been more than 35 working days and your order has still not arrived, then please get in contact with us to investigate.

I want to cancel my order, how do I do this?

Email us quickly within 24hrs and we may be able to stop your order from being processed.

If we find your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse locations, then we unfortunately have to wait until you receive and return it to us for a refund.

I did'nt get all my order items together, where are they!?

This is normal, we have multiple suppliers and multiple warehouse locations therefore different items may arrive separately.

How do I return my items?

Please send us a email and we can then investigate any issues and arrange a return.
