The quick and safe delivery of your orders is one of our top priorities. Please be assured we will process and ship your orders as soon as possible. There are a number of different processes involved in getting your order delivery safely.

Step 1 - Order Processing
Your orders are processed and sent through to our fulfillment locations within 72 hours of you placing the order. This point onward we cannot cancel/refund any orders until they are first delivered and then returned to us.

Orders placed on a Friday will be sent through for processing on the following Monday. 

Step 2 - Shipping 

Once your order has left the fulfillment warehouse it will go through customs clearance and be dispatched to the destination country. There are a number of different factors that can affect the shipping time. Examples include:

  • Demand for the items you have ordered (The majority of our items are in high demand)
  • The warehouse your items are stored
  • The weight and dimensions of the items
  • The destination
  • Any adverse weather conditions or workforce strikes

The majority of orders are received at the lower end of these time scales and sometimes even sooner! The typical transit type is no more than 3 weeks. If you have still not received your order within 5 weeks of your initial order, please contact us as soon as possible to track down your order and give you anything more specific on its whereabouts!

If you have an order with different items, they may not arrive all in one or on the same day. This varies as they are fulfilled from different warehouse locations. 

Important: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Step 3 - Delivery to you!

Once we reach this point your items have traveled quite some distance to reach you! If you are not present at the point of delivery, then lookout for a notice card that could have been left or a safe place that your parcel may have been left.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties and excise duties.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
